Checklist
Whenever we do a first time clean, no matter the type, we leave behind a checklist. On our checklist we circle which cleaning we did. There the client will be able to see what exactly in their home was cleaned. This way thereâs no confusion on what should have been cleaned. We think this is important in case we missed anything or if the client wasnât sure about what was included. When you turn the checklist over youâll see a little thank you note from our CEO, Krista, and a few other things that will welcome you to the Maid to Shine family.
Goodie Bags
We get so excited about adding a new person on to our cleaning list that weâve started leaving goodie bags behind for first time cleans. Inside youâll find unscented lotion and chapstick with SPF 15 in it (important with the Colorado sun beating down on you). This is just our little way of saying thanks for choosing Maid to Shine.
Thank You Cards
If you already have your home serviced by us you may have noticed this new detail we leave behind after every clean. Right now we have 5 different thank you card designs circulating. Keep your eyes peeled and try to collect them all! We love leaving these fun tokens of appreciation for our clients.
Review cards
The last little item you might find sitting on your counter is our review card. This is how we get better! Itâs just our simple way of asking for feedback. With a url and QR code itâs easy to receive feedback from clients.
